"I closed on my townhouse in February of this year.  Reflecting on the process from the first day until now there is one constant that made the entire process successful and dignified. That constant is the professionalism, knowledge, endurance, and sweetness of Kelli Ann Nold, Sales and Marketing Representative.

I was an out of state buyer, with a less than perfect credit history. I had doubts and fears, which I shared with Kelli. Together we took each step in the purchasing process until completion. She followed up promptly when I requested additional information. She reminded me when I forgot to fax documents. I recall leaving for vacation in California and not completing something we agreed upon.

Well time was of the essence and Kelli tracked me down on the west coast. I was thankful, and remember sleeping better that night because I knew Kelli was in my corner.

A few days later the mortgage company contacted me to say they were going to try to get my loan approved through another lender. I was finally approved. I am certain that Kelli's follow up made the difference in the lender resuming its efforts."
